At Fellowship Bible Church, we want our congregation to know what we believe as Christians who serve Jesus Christ. We want to make it very clear and specific to declare our faith statements.
Below, are our Statements of Faith. These statements are what Fellowship Bible Church was founded on and what we continue to use today. With each statement, there are Bible verses that provide our reason for believing the statement.

STATEMENTS OF FAITH
We believe, in the Scripture of the Old and New Testaments as verbally inspired by God, and inerrant in the original writings, and that they are of supreme and final authority in faith and life.
(II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:21, Matthew 5:17-18)
We believe, in one God, eternal existing in three Persons: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
(Matthew 28:19, II Corinthians 13:14)
We believe, that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.
(Isaiah 7:14, Luke 1:34-35, Philippians 2:6-7)
We believe, that man was created in the image of God, that he sinned, and thereby incurred, not only physical death, but also that spiritual death which is separation from God, and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature, and in the case of those who reach moral responsibility, become sinners in thought, word and deed.
(Psalm 51:5, Romans 3:23, Romans 5:12, Genesis 1-3)
We believe, that the Lord Jesus died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who believe in Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood.
(Hebrews 2:9, I Timothy 2:5-6, Romans 3:21-26)
We believe, in the bodily resurrection of Christ, in His ascension into heaven, and His present life there for us as High Priest and Advocate.
(I Corinthians 15:3-4, Acts 1:9, Hebrews 4:14, I John 2:1)
We believe, that our Lord Jesus Christ, following the receiving of His true Church, will personally return a second time to pour out judgement upon an unbelieving world, and set up His Kingdom where He will rule and reign in righteousness.
(John 14:1-3, Revelation 19:11-16)
We believe, that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus are born again of the Holy Spirit, and thereby become the children of God (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 3:28, John 1:12)
We believe, in the bodily resurrection of of the just and of the unjust, the eternal blessedness of the saved, and the eternal condemnation of the lost.
(John 5:28-29, Revelation 20:11-15)
We believe, marriage is the lifelong covenant union of one man and one woman. No other form of marriage involving mankind is ordained in Holy Scripture and blessed by God.
(Genesis 2:22-24, Matthew 19:4-6, 1 Corinthians 7:2-3, Ephesians 5:28-31, Hebrews 13:4)
We believe, in the unity and protection from division of the local body of Christ, and of the importance of guarding against schisms, splits, separation and any problem that would prove divisive.
(John 13:34-35, I Corinthians 1:10, Philippians 2:1-2)
